Religious Education BBQ

by Michelle Hawe

Families and Friends of St. Anna Parish,

This Sunday, June 6, we will celebrate the accomplishments of our youth and young adults as another academic year comes to a close.  At the conclusions of Divine Services we will honor each class as well as recognize our high school, college, and graduate studies graduates of our community.  We will then enjoy a barbecue as well as some fun children/family activities.

Dr. Angeliki Rosenberg is developing games and activities for our children/families.  If you have any ideas or suggestions for games/activities or would like to help on the day of commencement, please contact Angeliki at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).  We are also hoping that our PreK-K families can provide 150 water balloons already filled, 15 large spoons, 15 potato sacks.  Again, please confirm with Angeliki.

Burgers and hot dogs will be provided and cooked by our young adults.  We ask that our youth families provide the following:

1st-3rd grade-Veggies
4th-5th grade-Fruit
6th-9th grade- Chips
High School- Desserts

Finally, if you have a son or daughter graduating from high school, college, or graduate school, I would ask that you please let me know so that we may fittingly honor them.  My sincere gratitude to our dedicated instructors as well as all our families for their ongoing support of our Religious Education Program.  We look forward to seeing all of our families on Sunday!
