Hear brief videos of veterans tell their experience of learning they had PTSD, their treatment experience, and encouragement to others to get help. Also hear spouses and families of vets with PTSD share their experience. PTSD experts and therapists also are interviewed. Very powerful stuff!

  • Beyond MST mobile phone app

    https://mobile.va.gov/app/beyond-mst

Beyond MST is a free, secure self-help mobile app that was created specifically to support the health and well-being of survivors of sexual assault or harassment during military service, also called military sexual trauma (MST). The app has over 30 specialized tools and other features to help MST survivors cope with challenges, manage symptoms, improve their quality of life and find hope. Users can also take brief assessments in the app to track their well-being, symptoms and beliefs about the world, and progress towards personal goals. You do not need to be in treatment to use the app, and it may be helpful to survivors of other types of unwanted sexual experiences, too.
