ST. ANTHONY ORTHODOX GIRLS SEC. SCHOOL
His Grace Bishop Neofitos of Nyeri and Mount Keyna sends the blessings of the Lord and many festal greetings from the Diocese. Thanks be to God, for his friendship, his prayers, and also his ministry.
At this time he is asking for our assisting with the donation of funds for a photocopier/printer for the recently built and fully functioning school (please see the beautiful photos of one the sisters who assists at the school with all of these beautiful young ladies. Thanks be to God, the school has grown from 32 girls to 78 girls because of the new admissions who joined the school. This is truly good news though there is increase in demands.
The first phase of the dormitory was completed and the students now reside there. Many of these girls come from poor families while others are orphans. Thanks be to God for this ministry of the Diocese that provides shelter, a sense of security, an education and our Orthodox Christian faith. The cost of the photocopier/printer which will be used by the school and the diocese center, located next door is $5000. This includes the shipping and set-up.
